DRIVING TEST IN GLASGOW

Congratulations on passing your theory test, now you can apply for your practical driving test.
The test will start with the driving examiner checking your documents and asking you to sign a declaration that the car is insured for the driving test. The car must be fitted with L plates front and rear and must have head restraints and a dual mirror for the examiner.
The examiner will direct you to your car and will ask you to read a number plate at 20.5 meters away, after this he will ask you two safety check questions (click here), which may require you to open the bonnet.
During the test the examiner will be looking for a safe overall standard of driving, you can make up to 15 driving faults, but 1 serious or 1 dangerous and you will fail the test.
